It is time to enjoy the wonderful shopping, hotels and entertainment offered in Las Vegas. Explore the “beach” at Mandalay Bay or “The Secret Garden” at the Mirage - Whatever you decide to do - you will be spoilt for choice in “Sin City”

Las Vegas Boulevard and the original “Strip” on Fremont Street have endless choices of entertainment just for you. Themed casino hotels, restaurants, adventure rides and live stage shows are waiting to be discovered. Fabulous shopping is available everywhere should you want to slow the pace down a little.

This morning, as we wave goodbye to Las Vegas, we will make our way to Lake Havasu City. In this picturesque oasis in Western Arizona, built around the huge, man-made Lake Havasu, you’ll find the original London Bridge which was relocated here in 1968! After checking in to our lake side hotel, you’ll be free to explore

Today we will take a boat trip on beautiful Lake Havasu - we’ll learn about the history of the area and the local wildlife as well as the legend of the sleeping chief and why London Bridge ended up in the middle of the Arizona Desert. This evening’s entertainment will be at the Flying X, Lake Havasu’s only true Country & Western Saloon, for some boot kickin’ Country Music!

After a leisurely breakfast it is time to travel to Scottsdale Arizona “The Most Western Town In The West”. This fascinating town has been home to Dierks Bentley, Nils Lofgren, Bret Michaels and Stevie Nicks amongst many famous musicians. We will enjoy a meal and entertainment in the City’s Old Town this evening.

A free day to explore some of the many attractions within the city of Scottsdale. Perhaps visit the OdySea Aquarium or Butterfly Wonderland before having a flutter in the casino at the Talking Stick Resort. For our more fashion conscious guests or anyone in need of some retail therapy Scottsdale Fashion Square is one of the top 30 largest malls in the USA.

As we bid farewell to Scottsdale, it is time to make our way to Tombstone, Arizona for an authentic western experience in “The Town Too Tough To Die!” Stand where the legendary stories of the past actually occurred and immerse yourself in fascinating Wild West History!

After a visit to the Cowboy Church this morning, it’s time to explore more of Tombstone. Maybe take a stagecoach tour, an underground mine experience or feel the presence of cowboys long gone with a visit to Boothill Graveyard. No visit to Tombstone would be complete without attending a re-enactment of the infamous gunfight at the OK Corral where Wyatt Earp, his brothers Virgil, Morgan and friend Doc Holliday faced down the Clanton Gang in the most famous gunfight in history.

Travelling through Phoenix our next stop is Sedona right on the edge of Main Street America - Route 66 - where the group can enjoy dinner and local entertainment this evening.

Today we will drive along part of Route 66, making stops at some quirky attractions on the way to our final destination, “Sunny Laughlin” Nevada. There will be plenty of free time to enjoy everything this city has to offer. The atmosphere and entertainment of this resort on the Colorado River is amazing, so be sure to take in a show or have a bit of a flutter in one of the river front Casinos!

We’ve saved the best for last…today we will make the short journey to the magnificent Grand Canyon - where the brave amongst us can take a walk out onto the fabulous Skywalk! Then, to calm our nerves, we will visit the Desert Diamond Distillery for a tasting tour!

It’s your final day in Laughlin. Perhaps you’ll want to enjoy the scenery from a comfortable pontoon boat ride along the beautiful Colorado River or shop for bargains to take home at the Laughlin Outlet Center. Tonight we will enjoy a farewell group dinner and local entertainment.

Today it is time to say goodbye to Laughlin. We will take you over the fabulous Boulder Dam and arrive at McCarran Airport in plenty time for your onward flight. We hope you have enjoyed your Nevada and Arizona Tour with Travelling Time - and you'll join us on another escorted tour soon!
