    Day by Day Itinerary

    Welcome to our Deep South Music Tour - Country, Capitals, Jack & Coke! After checking in to your hotel, get to know your tour manager, driver and fellow travellers over a welcome drink and a light meal.

    This morning we will visit the World of Coca-Cola before travelling the short distance to Stone Mountain Park. Then we'll be returning to Atlanta to enjoy dinner and local entertainment.

    After breakfast we will visit downtown Atlanta and tour the CNN Studio before making our way to the famous Whistlestop Cafe for "Fried Green Tomatoes". Our next stop is Macon Georgia, home of soul legend Otis Redding!

    Today we will take a driving tour of Macon to learn about the city's great musical heritage. We will visit the Allman Brother's Big House Museum and the Otis Redding Museum.

    After breakfast we will make our way to Montgomery, Alabama - home of Hank Williams. We'll visit the Hank Williams Museum and final resting place. Then we will head to Birmingham, Alabama.

    After a leisurely breakfast we will tour the historic 16th Street Baptist Church. We travel on to Tuscumbia, Alabama stopping en-route at the Jesse Owens Museum. This evening we enjoy food and live music at the unique Rattlesnake Saloon!

    Today it is time to immerse ourselves in the rich musical history of the area. We'll tour Rick Hall's FAME Studios, learn about "The Swampers" at Muscle Shoals Sound and visit the Alabama Music Hall of Fame.

    It's time to bid farewell to "The Shoals" and make our way to Music City - Nashville, Tennessee. We'll stop in Lynchburg on the way for a tour of Jack Daniel's Distillery and lunch at Miss Mary Bobo's.

    After visits to the Historic RCA Studio B and the amazing Country Music Hall of Fame you will have the remainder of the day and evening to sample Nashville at leisure!

    Use your final day in Nashville to revisit your favourite locations or grab those last minute souvenirs before joining us for a show at The Grand Ole Opry!

    After breakfast, and en-route to Atlanta Airport for your onward flight, we'll make a quick stop in Chattanooga for a final memory and maybe even a sing song at the world famous Choo Choo!

    Your booking costs are fixed and cover all agreed-upon travel components as outlined in the itinerary in a single price. This price includes all accommodation, ground transportation, listed attractions, allocated meals and all compulsory taxes, fees and charges.     The tour price of £1,929 per person includes 10 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, airport transfers, all coach travel, entrance fees to attractions listed in the itinerary, and services of an experienced Travelling Time tour escort. Flights are not included in the tour price. We can book flights for you as an extra, or you can arrange your own.

    Absolutely! Many of our guests travel solo. Single travellers can book a sole occupancy room for an additional £750 supplement. You'll meet like-minded music lovers and make new friends throughout the tour.

    You can book online or call us on 01738 643737. A deposit of £300 per person secures your place, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. All bookings are 100% financially protected through Protected Trust Services (6332).

    Tour prices shown are land-only and do not include flights. We can book flights for you as an extra, or you can arrange your own. Just let us know your preferred departure airport when booking.

    Our escorted tours typically have 20 to 30 guests, and can run with as few as 8. The maximum is 50. Private groups can be any size.
